We will be rolling out a new electronic door access system that will allow apartment residents the ability to open the apartment lobby door with a mobile phone application or a key FOB.
Cameras will be installed in the lobby to better monitor deliveries.
A new shelving wall unit will be installed to allow for packages to be placed on the shelf instead of the floor and will also improve the overall look of the lobby.
The lobby will be improved with a new ceramic floor tile, carpet on the stairs, a new chandelier and new paint scheme.
Landscaping in the courtyard and along Washington Street will include the replacement of the interior concrete walkways, designated seating areas, new shrubs and trees, landscape lighting and a new grass lawn area in the courtyard.
